Shipping policy

Shipping will be handled utilizing the cheapest method available unless otherwise specified or requested at buyer's expense.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, once your package has been handed off to the shipping service chosen, I am not liable for delays or damages which may occur enroute to you. 

Should your package arrive damaged, please notify me as soon as you receive it,  sewgypsyllc@gmail.com. Please provide pictures of the damaged package and inspect the contents for damage as well. 

Additional insurance can be purchased through the shipping service you choose. Should you decide you would like these additional insurance for package protection and they are not available at time of check out, please reach out to sewgypsyllc@gmail.com. 

Claims for damaged packages and contents can be made with the shipping service chosen. Should it be determined that damages were incurred due to my negligence in packaging it properly, a full  refund or replacement option is available.
